This means that you need to be confident, assertive, and willing to put yourself out there. You need to let people know what you do, what you stand for, and how you can help them and that you are Open For Business. To be open for business as a network marketer, start by perfecting your brand statement. This statement should succinctly and clearly express who you are, what you do, where you offer it, and why you do it. It should be short, memorable, and leave people wanting to know more. Your brand statement is essentially your elevator pitch, which you should be able to confidently and enthusiastically deliver without hesitation. Write it down, refine it, rehearse it until it fits your persona, and commit it to memory so that it comes to you naturally, allowing you to effortlessly deliver your opening statement every time. Remember, your brand statement is not about bombarding people with lengthy product information, but rather creating a memorable introduction that encourages people to want to learn more about what you do.


Remember, being open for business as a network marketer requires putting that sign out there with persistence, patience, and a positive attitude. You may encounter rejection, but don't let it discourage you. Keep reaching out to people, and eventually, you will find the right customers and people who are excited about what you have to offer.
