Embracing Arrows

It's often said that those who change the world are the ones who face the most misunderstanding, challenge, and criticism. Initially, people may laugh at their ideas, dismiss them as crazy, or even try to shut them down. But eventually, something shifts. As these world-changers keep pushing forward, keep pursuing their dreams and passions, something begins to happen. People start to lean in. They start to take notice of what these visionaries are doing, and they start to see the potential that's there.

And that's when things really start to happen. Suddenly, the naysayers become supporters. The critics become allies. The world-changers are no longer swimming against the tide, but are riding it, buoyed up by the very people who once thought they were crazy.

So if you're one of those people who is dreaming big, who is pursuing a vision that others just don't understand, take heart. Keep pushing forward. Keep believing in yourself and your ideas. Because one day, those who laughed will be the very ones who lean in, eager to be a part of what you're doing.
