Every morning we have a team call to share our wins, struggles and questions. We do this as a team to learn to embrace our struggles in order to become strong. At the end of every call my closing statement is Be Intentional
Being intentional means making a conscious decision to act in a certain way or pursue a particular goal that aligns with your values and priorities. It brings a sense of purpose and direction to your life, making you less likely to feel aimless or lost, and more motivated and fulfilled.
Living intentionally requires self-awareness, reflection, and prioritizing your time and energy. It means focusing on the things that matter most to you and saying no to things that don't align with your priorities. It also means being present in the moment and fully engaged in your activities, rather than being distracted or multitasking.
To live intentionally, you must be willing to make conscious choices and take responsibility for your actions, even when it's difficult or uncomfortable. By doing so, you can create a meaningful and purposeful life.
Being intentional is a great habit to create.
